The Asher Drop In Center provides a safe place to meet the basic needs of youth and young adults ages who are at risk for homlessness, in crisis situations or need a space to decompress. The Drop In Center offers access to food, clothing, and hygiene items in addition to a shower and laundry facilities. Our goal is to divert youth to stable housing, employment, education and wellbeing. Asher House’s roots trace back to a modest residence in Salem, where the organization took its first steps in providing care to animals in need.

The Asher Drop In Center provides a safe and supported place for at risk youth and young adults ages who are survivors of trafficking, sexual violence, prostitution, or vulnerable to being trafficked. Asher House works alongside youth and young adults impacted by or at risk of trafficking and sexual violence to restore hope and promote healing.
